The H.P. Secretariat Services Confederation has announced that all officers and officials from the H.P. Secretariat, Governor Secretariat, HP Public Service Commission, Lokayukta, Estate Office, Hospitality and Protocol Office will wear black bands/badges starting 28th August 2024 during the Vidhan Sabha session. This decision follows the government’s failure to engage in discussions regarding employee issues, despite the Confederation’s request during the General House meeting on 23rd August 2024. The protest will continue until the government addresses their concerns.
