Shimla, February 9:
The Government of Himachal Pradesh has assigned additional responsibilities to two IAS officers in the public interest with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued by the Department of Personnel, Dr. Abhishek Jain (IAS, 2002), who is currently serving as Advisor (Regulatory Reforms) and Secretary (Finance, Planning, Economics & Statistics, and 20 Point Programme & JSV), has been given the additional charge of Secretary (Technical Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
In another order, Sh. Sandeep Kumar (IAS, 2010), presently posted as Settlement Officer in Kangra Division at Dharamshala, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Divisional Commissioner, Kangra Division, Dharamshala.
The orders have been issued with immediate effect and will remain in force until further directions.
