Bringing pride to her village Rainsari in Una district, Shruti Sharma has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the post of Nursing Officer at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She has officially joined her duties at the prestigious institute, filling her family and the entire region with immense joy.
A Bright Student Since Childhood
Daughter of Rakesh Kumar and Kamla Devi, Shruti has been academically brilliant from a young age. She completed her early education at Rudra International School, Basal. Demonstrating exceptional performance, she scored over 98% in Class 10 and 92% in Class 12.
In 2022, she completed her four-year BSc Nursing degree from Murari Lal Memorial College of Nursing, Solan, laying a strong foundation for her professional journey.
Professional Experience and NORCET Success
After graduating, Shruti served as a Staff Nurse at Fortis Hospital, Chandigarh, from 2022 to 2025. During her tenure, she was recognized and appreciated for her dedicated service and professionalism. Her two-and-a-half years of hands-on experience significantly strengthened her confidence and skills.
Determined to advance further, she appeared for the national-level Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET). Clearing the competitive examination, she secured the coveted Nursing Officer position at AIIMS New Delhi.

Shruti attributes her success to the constant guidance and blessings of her parents. She also expressed gratitude to her grandmother, Roshni Devi, and her uncles, Om Datt and Onkar, for their continuous motivation and support.
A spiritually inclined individual, Shruti believes that positive thinking, discipline, and consistent hard work are the true keys to success.
