The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has released the Plus Two (Class 12) examination results for March 2026, along with the provisional Top 10 merit list. The results highlight exceptional academic performance, with several students scoring above 98% marks.
According to the merit list, Riya Dewan and Manshvi Bhardwaj secured top positions with 491 marks (98.2%), emerging as leading scorers in the state. Close behind, multiple students including Devangi, Anisha Attri, Aarav Sharma, Shourya Bhardwaj, Trisha Thakur, Nitin Rana, Komal, and Jatin Kumar scored 490 marks (98%), sharing top ranks.
The 8th and 9th ranks saw a large number of students scoring between 488–489 marks (97.6%–97.8%), reflecting intense competition and high performance levels across districts like Kangra, Mandi, Hamirpur, Una, Solan, and Sirmaur.
Notably, girls have outperformed boys in the merit list, securing a majority of the top positions. Students from government schools as well as private institutions have featured prominently, indicating balanced academic excellence across the state.
Further down the list, several candidates including Muskan Sharma, Payal, Ishta, Kanika Rana, and Gunjan secured 487 marks (97.4%), jointly holding positions in the Top 10 bracket.
The HPBOSE officials stated that the results are provisional and subject to verification. Students can check their detailed results on the official board website.
