Humanity still alive and this can be seen in Sainj Valley where youth Sanjay Chauhan, social media blogger has given the aid of Rs 7 lakh to the families of those who lost their lives in the flood.
Sanjay Chauhan, a young blogger is a resident of Nyuli in Sainj Valley. After the tragic death of three people in the cloudburst incident in Jeevan Nala on June 25, Sanjay collected financial assistance of Rs 7 lakh in a week through social media and handed over the entire amount to the families of the deceased.
A woman from Bichla village, her eight-month-old child and a young man died in this tragedy. After this heart-wrenching incident, Sanjay Chauhan started an appeal on social media platforms by connecting directly with the public. People expressed faith in his appeal and cooperated openly. A contribution of Rs 7 lakh was collected in just a week.
Sanjay delivered this aid amount to the affected families with utmost transparency and humane feeling. His brother Ajay Chauhan also played an active role in this work. This effort of Sanjay has been appreciated not only in the valley but also on social media.
Sanjay Chauhan is the son of Raju Chauhan, a resident of Karana village. Despite being from a mediocre family, Sanjay fulfilled his duty towards the society at an early age. His grandfather Veer Singh Chauhan is a retired officer from the Forest Department. Sanjay has been hardworking, sensitive and thinking of doing something for the society since childhood.
This amount collected by Sanjay for the flood victims cannot erase their sorrow, but it definitely provides them strength and support in this difficult time.
