Shimla: Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC), Shimla has become the first institution in Himachal Pradesh to effectively implement a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across nearly all departments.
The hospital has successfully rolled out the advanced e-Sushrut Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), marking a major step towards making healthcare services paperless, transparent and patient-centric.
