Sanwara (Solan)
A spirit of pride and celebration filled the campus of Kasauli International Public School (KIPS), Sanwara, as the institution organised a special assembly to honour the outstanding achievements of its students across academic and co-curricular domains.
The highlight of the event was the felicitation of winners of the Inter-House Hindi Sulekh and Slogan Writing Competition, along with the English Calligraphy and Slogan Writing Competition. Students displayed remarkable creativity, linguistic skills, and artistic expression, earning appreciation from judges and faculty alike. Certificates were awarded to the winners in recognition of their dedication and hard work.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Managing Director Hira Thakur, CEO Dr. Sanjeev Mainra, and Principal Poonam Thakur, who lauded the efforts of the students and emphasised the importance of nurturing creativity alongside academics. Addressing the gathering, the dignitaries encouraged students to continue striving for excellence and to actively participate in such competitions that contribute to holistic development.
In addition to the literary competitions, several prestigious titles were conferred to recognise all-round performance within the school. The Best Dormitory Trophy and Best Assembly Trophy were awarded for discipline, teamwork, and coordination, while individual honours such as Best English Speaking Child and Best Learner highlighted academic excellence and communication skills among students.
School authorities noted that such platforms not only boost confidence but also help in identifying and nurturing young talent. The enthusiastic participation of students reflected the institution’s commitment to providing a well-rounded educational environment.
