A Regional Hospital Kullu will remain open on Monday, October 26, despite the gazetted holiday, following the scheduled visit of the Himachal Pradesh Secretary of Health to the district.
According to an office order issued by the Medical Superintendent of Regional Hospital Kullu on October 25, all medical officers, paramedical staff, ministerial staff and Class-IV employees have been directed to ensure that the hospital does not remain closed on the day.
The order stated that the Secretary of Health is scheduled to visit Regional Hospital Kullu on October 26. Accordingly, hospital staff have been instructed to remain on duty and ensure compliance with the directions.Copies of the order have been forwarded to the Chief Medical Officer, Kullu, the in-charge senior medical officer, the hospital superintendent and the matron for information and necessary action.The hospital administration has directed all concerned staff members to follow the order strictly.
