The National Lok Adalat, scheduled to be held on March 14, 2026, can be presented in a variety of cases, including those related to Section 138 of the National Identification Authority of India (NIA), money recovery, labor disputes, electricity and water, maintenance, and others (criminal, compoundable, and civil disputes).
Secretary of District Legal Services Authority Kinnaur informed that cases pending in the courts including criminal compoundable offences, cases related to N.I Act under section 138, money recovery, vehicle accident, labour disputes, electricity and water bills, matrimonial disputes (except divorce), land acquisition, salary and allowances related to services, cases related to retirement, revenue cases (pending only in district and high courts) and other civil cases (rent, easement rights (alimony), direction related, specific performance suit) will also be heard in the National Lok Adalat.
He said that any person under their respective judicial jurisdiction who wants to get the above cases resolved in the National Lok Adalat can contact the Judicial Court Complex Rampur Bushahr, Judicial Court Complex Reckong Peo District Kinnaur, Judicial Court Complex Ani District Kullu or the office of District Legal Services Authority Reckong Peo District Kinnaur for hearing of their case.
