Western disturbances will be active on November 15 in the Himachal Pradesh. During this period, there is a possibility of snowfall in the state’s high areas. According to Kuldeep Srivastava, director of Meteorological Center Shimla, a western disturbance will be active in the state on November 15-16.
Due to this western disturbance, there will be mild snowfall in the altitude areas of Lahaul Spiti, Chamba and Kangra. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in many parts of the state. In many parts of the state, dense fog is also being seen in the morning.
Even after October, the state has not received rain in November. In October, there was less rainfall by 97 percent. At the same time, 100 percent less rainfall has been recorded in November. In 13 days of November, not even a millimeter has been recorded.
