Consumers of many villages under the electricity subdivision Halog Dhami will have to face power cuts for the next few days. The department has to carry out the work of expansion of the transformer on the 11 KV HT line, due to which power supply will be disrupted on different dates from 15 to 25 September.
This information was given by Umang Gupta, Assistant Engineer, Electricity Sub-Division Halog Dhami. He said that during the work, power will be off in the designated areas from 10 am to 5 pm. According to the released schedule, power cuts will be imposed in the areas of Arlot village on 15 September, Navata village on 16 September, Karyali village on 17 September, Chhatera village on 18 September, Naloi village on 19 September, Jhakhri village on 22 September and Gawahi village on 25 September.
The Assistant Engineer also clarified that this entire work will depend on the favorable weather. If the weather is bad, the work can be postponed on the scheduled date and it will be completed on some other date. He has appealed to the consumers for cooperation during this period.
