According to information received from the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board, Solan, due to necessary maintenance, power supply will be disrupted on October 8, 2026. This information was provided by Additional Superintending Engineer, Solan, Rahul Verma.
Rahul Verma said that on October 08, 2026, from 10.00 am to 02.00 pm, power supply will be disrupted in Anji, Shamlech, Nagali, Barog Height, Bara, Koron Kanthdi and surrounding areas.
He said that on the same day, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, electricity supply will remain disrupted in Power House Road, Saproon Gurudwara, District Council, Post Office, Police Post, Home Guard Office, Sugandha Apartment, District Public Relations Officer Office and surrounding areas.
Rahul Verma said that on October 8, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am and from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm, power supply will be disrupted in Power House Road, Dunga More, Green Valley, Dehunghat Bazaar, Ayurvedic Hospital, LIC Office, Housing Board Phase 1 and 2, SCERT, Rabon, Vashisht Colony and surrounding areas.
He said that due to bad weather and any unavoidable reasons, the said date and time can be changed.
He has appealed for cooperation from the consumers of the affected areas.
