Shimla, February 21:
The Jal Shakti Department of the Government of Himachal Pradesh has nominated three non-official members to the Himachal Pradesh Water Management Board with immediate effect. A notification in this regard has been issued.
According to the order, Mr. Rajiv Kimta (Shimla), Mr. Surinder Sethi (Solan), and Mr. Pawan Thakur (Una) have been appointed as non-official members of the Board in public interest.
The notification further states that the TA/DA for the non-official members will be admissible at par with Grade-I Officers of the Himachal Pradesh Government, as per existing Finance Department instructions issued from time to time.
The notification has also been uploaded on the e-Gazette of the Himachal Pradesh Government. The order has been issued by Dr. Abhishek Jain, Secretary (Jal Shakti), Government of Himachal Pradesh.
