The District Red Cross Society, Solan, organized a training program on CPR at the Industrial Training Institute, Solan today. The program was chaired by Renu Sharma, coordinator of the Public Education Institute, Solan.
Renu Sharma said that CPR is a life-saving technique used in cases of cardiac arrest or breathing difficulties. She added that it is essential for everyone to have accurate knowledge of CPR so that lives can be saved in any emergency.
On this occasion, Lekh Raj Kaushik, Deputy Patron of District Red Cross Society Solan, provided information about the importance of CPR.
On this occasion, members of District Red Cross Society Solan, Sunita Oberoi, Shashikant and about 150 youth participated.
