Television actress Vaishali Takkar, 30, allegedly killed herself by hanging at her home in Tejaji Nagar of Indore
Tejaji Nagar police station in-charge RD Kanwa said, “We have recovered a note from her possession. We are verifying its content. It is too early to say anything about the reason behind the extreme step.”
According to input by ANI, recovered suicide note suggests that she was stressed and was being harassed by former boyfriend.
Takkar, who worked in many Indian popular television shows, was found hanging by her family members in Sai Bagh Colony. They rushed to the hospital but she was declared dead by the doctors.
Her body was sent for post mortem examination at MY Hospital.
After completing her graduation from educational multimedia research center (EMRC) of Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in 2014, Takkar got a break in a TV show and shifted to Mumbai. She had been working in the industry ever since.
Takkar started her acting career in TV show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ as Sanjana and was also seen in ‘Ye Wada Raha’ , Ye hai Ashiqui’, ‘Sasural Simar Ka’, ‘Super Sisters’, ‘Laal Ishq’, ‘Vish ya Amrit, ‘Manmohini 2’.
Takkar also bagged an award for playing a negative lead role in ‘Sasural Simar Ka’ television show.
