SDM Shashipal Sharma reviewed the preparations for the subdivision-level function
Bhoranj 30 July. The 79th Independence Day will be celebrated with great enthusiasm in Bhoranj too. SDM Shashipal Sharma reviewed the preparations for the subdivision-level Independence Day celebrations by holding a meeting with the officials in the hall of the Mini Secretariat here on Wednesday.
He said that the subdivision-level Independence Day celebrations will be organized at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Bhoranj. The celebrations will begin with flag hoisting at 11 am. After this, there will be a grand parade and march past in which contingents of police, NCC and NSS will participate. Students of various educational institutions will present patriotic cultural programs in the celebrations. SDM said that employees, other people, and schoolchildren who provide excellent services will also be honored.
For the successful organization of the program, the SDM issued necessary guidelines to the officials of the Police, Education Department, Public Works Department, Water Power Department, Health and Family Welfare Department and other departments. He said that different departments have been assigned different responsibilities for the function. All departments should work with promptness and mutual coordination to make this glorious function a success. Principals of various educational institutions of the area and senior officials of all departments were present in the meeting.
