Applicants must make an audition video and email it to
Deputy Commissioner and Chairman Lavi Mela Committee Anupam Kashyap informed that artists interested in performing in the cultural evenings of Lavi Mela Rampur being organised from 11th to 14th November, 2025 can prepare a video of their audition and send it to the District Public Relations Officer (DPRO) Shimla and District Language Officer (DLO) Shimla by email dproshimlapr@gmail.com and dloshimla.hp@gmail.com by 5th November, 2025.
While making a video, keep the following things in mind:
1. The video quality (including audio) should be good.
2. The time limit should not exceed one minute.
3. No effects of any kind should be used in the video.
4. The video should be made in adequate light, in which the face of the applicant is clearly visible.
5. While applying, please share complete information of applicant like full name, address, mobile number, genre (singing/playing/dancing).

Approved ‘A’ and ‘B High’ grade artists from Radio and Doordarshan of District Shimla are not required to participate in this online audition process.
