Baddi University celebrated the vibrant festival of Lohri with great enthusiasm and traditional fervor. The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. T.R. Bhardwaj, Advisor to the Chancellor, who lit the ceremonial Lohri fire and shared his insights on the cultural significance of the festival.
The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Dr. Khushmeet Kumar, Registrar, along with Deans, HoDs, faculty members, and students. Everyone gathered around the bonfire to celebrate the spirit of unity and warmth. Traditional rituals were observed, and the festivities were made even more delightful with delicious treats like peanuts, rewari, and gajak. Prof. Dr. T.R. Bhardwaj and Prof. Dr. Khushmeet Kumar extended their heartfelt wishes for Lohri and Makar Sankranti, emphasizing the importance of gratitude, positivity, and togetherness.
