After returning from Delhi, the Chief Minister will leave for Kangra on winter stay and will participate as the chief guest in the full statehood day celebrations to be held in Baijnath on January 25. AICC Coordinator Anil Goyal has been appointed as the coordinator of the Kalka assembly constituency under the Delhi State Assembly elections by the Congress High Command, and party leader Arshad Mohammad has been attached with him.
