Dr Prem Gupta was the chief guest at the closing ceremony of the three-day Hindustan Scout and Guide Camp at Lakshya Convent School. Special guest Dr Kusum Gupta also attended the ceremony in which a total of 126 students from sixth to eighth class of Lakshya Public School and Convent School participated. This camp ran smoothly for three days. Various types of activities like self-discipline, social service and patriotism were duly explained by Pushpraj and Varun. On the first day, the history of scouting, rules, sign, salute, motto, on the second day, flag song, prayer, lashing, noting and on the third day, after tent pitching march pass, all the students were initiated. In the closing ceremony, a detailed report of the three days was presented to the chief guest by the school guide master Shivani. She told that our camp was organized from 6 to 8. In the end, scout master Ashish Sharma thanked everyone on behalf of the school. School’s scout master Jitendra and Sunita were also present with him.
