Apart from the work related to writing ballot papers, the strong room and counting hall were also inspected.
Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer Mukesh Repaswal today visited the development block in Mahla and took a detailed review of the preparations for the Panchayat elections and provided necessary guidance to the officials and employees involved in the Panchayat elections. On this occasion, he directed the concerned officials to complete the ballot paper writing work within the stipulated time period. The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that the ballot paper writing work should be completed promptly and special attention should be paid to the quality and accuracy of the work. He visited the Block Development Officer’s office in Mahla, the Government Senior Secondary School in Mahla, and the Government Primary School in Mahla to inspect the ballot paper writing work. He also took a detailed look at the strong room and counting hall constructed in Mahla. On this occasion, Block Development Officer in Mahla, Dr. Bashir, informed the District Election Officer that the ballot paper writing work in the development block in Mahla began on May 19th and will be completed by May 22nd.
