On Sunday, at Hindustan Farm Direct Ingredients Private Limited, located in the industrial area of Pandoga in the Haroli assembly constituency, employees were connected to the Swadeshi Jagran Manch’s “I am also a Swadeshi supporter” campaign. The company’s MD, Puneet Modgil, enrolled employees in the campaign and encouraged them to connect their family members to the Swadeshi campaign.
Satyadev Sharma Sahod, district full-time trainer of the Swadeshi Jagran Manch, said that the forum is running the “I am also a Swadeshi supporter” campaign across the country. In Una district, people are being connected to the campaign at various locations to give it momentum. He said that under the World Entrepreneurship Fortnight, youth are being encouraged to pursue self-employment and entrepreneurship. The aim is to make young people self-reliant and encourage them to create employment opportunities for others.
