Students showcase talent in speech and poetry competitions

Arki: Lakshya Public School, Arki, celebrated Hindi Diwas by organising a series of activities and competitions aimed at highlighting the importance of the Hindi language, its rich heritage and its relevance in everyday life.

A speech competition was organised as part of the celebrations, in which Navanshi secured the first position, Namita stood second and Garvika bagged the third position.

In the poetry competition, Ayushi emerged winner, followed by Jagriti in second place, while Bhavya and her partner secured the third position.

Students expressed their thoughts and feelings towards the Hindi language during the programme. Their participation reflected creativity, confidence and effective communication skills.

The school management congratulated all the participants and said Hindi was not merely a medium of communication but also an integral part of the country’s culture and heritage.

Teachers Sunita and Mamta made a special contribution towards organising the competitions and ensuring the smooth conduct of the programme.
