Shimla, September 25: The Himachal Pradesh government on Thursday ordered the transfer and posting of two IAS officers with immediate effect, according to a notification issued by the Department of Personnel.
Dr Amit Kumar Sharma, IAS (HP:2016), who was serving as Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur, has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Kullu. He will replace Surjeet Singh, HPAS (2012), who was serving as Additional District Magistrate (Development)-cum-Project Director, DRDA, Kullu, and will be relieved of the additional charge.
Meanwhile, Sonakshi Singh Tomar, IAS (HP:2016), Chief Executive Officer of the Baddi Barotiwala Nalagarh Development Authority (BBNDA), Baddi, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kinnaur, at Reckong Peo.
The orders were issued on the recommendations of the Civil Services Board and in the public interest.
