Kullu, October 30
A monthly review meeting of the District Road Safety Committee was held on Friday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Amit Sharma to review measures aimed at preventing road accidents and ensuring compliance with traffic rules across the district.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned departments to take strict action against traffic violators. He informed that driving licences of motorists caught driving under the influence of alcohol have been suspended, and details of such cases have been shared with all Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs).
