Talk-Life offered online mental health assistance for three months to the students and teachers of APG Shimla varsity. “This three month health assistance will be available 24 hours to all students of APG Shimla varsity studying online at homes and hostels on behalf of mental health expert teams of Talk-Life from online network so that students can avoid corona virus infection panic and stay away from its mental pressure and study at home and at their study rooms”, said VC Prof. Ramesh Kumar Choudhary.

Vice-Chancellor Choudhary advised all students and teachers that fend off rumors, fears of corona in social media news but create social distance, get involved in Yoga, exercise, mental exercise, be positive, appreciate the beauty of nature, practice good hygiene, read good books, listen melodious songs and take balanced food diet to combat corona virus from home. APG Shimla university administration is helping the students to avoid Kovid-19 fear and the health direction and instructions to the students are being disseminated on behalf of the government, medical experts, local administration and full precaution is being taken as well, said Vice-Chancellor Choudhary.
