Major reshuffle in the social media department of the Bharatiya Janata Party (Himachal Pradesh), State Convenor Sushil Rathore has announced the new team. This decision was made after extensive discussions with the state’s top leadership, and all appointments are effective immediately. This is considered a significant step towards strengthening the party’s digital presence.
Seven co-convenors have been assigned to the new team, including Saurabh Dhiman, Hema Thakur, Vikam Matt, Happy Kumar, Anil Dhiman, Ghanshyam Soni, and Arvind Mehta. All of them will guide social media policies in the state.

In addition, 23 activists have been appointed as members of the state executive committee and assigned the role of strengthening the social media campaign at the grassroots level. These include Chandan Sharma, Vinay Kumar, Ajit Kaushal, O.P. Tomar, Shobhit Anand, Meenakshi Sharma, Himanshi Marwari, Madi Naryal, Tushar Sharma, Deepak Soni, Vijay Thakur, Varun Bhardwaj, Priyanshu Mehra, Sunil Bhardwaj, Harry, Kulveer Thakur, Pushpendra Thakur, Ravi Negi, Sandeep Awasthi, Anand Thakur, Karanveer Rana, Yashpal Chandel, and Mitesh Kaushal.
Further on this list are Rajiv Dadwal, Rahul Sharma, Dikshita Thakur, Ankit Jamwal, Vivek Sharma, Hitendra Thakur, Munish Kumar, Ankit Chandel, and Shravan Kumar, who have been named as part of the team.
Three special invitees have also been appointed to provide additional guidance to the organization: Sanjay Sood, Kapil Dev Sharma, and Rishi Sharma.
The BJP believes that this expanded and strengthened digital team will empower the party to meet the upcoming electoral and organisational challenges.
State Convener Sushil Rathore congratulated all the newly appointed officials and said that the team will continue to take the social media campaign to new heights.
