Cases of fire in Himachal Pradesh are often reported. Many times, due to fire, there is a loss of lakhs. Also, many times’ cattle also get caught in it. The latest case has come to light from Jubbal in the Shimla district. Where about 200 apple plants were destroyed in the fire in Jubbal. At the same time, a cow died after being burnt alive due to this fire.
According to the information received, an incident of fire has come to light from Jubbal tehsil of Shimla district today. A sudden fire broke out in the apple orchard of Surendra Dan Singta in Samot village of Jubbal at around 10:30 am. This massive fire took a huge form in no time. About 200 apple trees and some pear trees were burnt to ashes due to this fire. At the same time, a cowshed was also built along with the garden, which came under the grip of fire. Due to which a cow died a painful death by being burnt alive.
The villagers informed the local administration about the incident. As soon as the incident was reported, the local administration and fire brigade team were sent to the spot. Fire brigade personnel, police, and local people are trying to control the fire. It is being told that the loss figure in this incident may increase further. At present, the cause of the fire has not been ascertained. The causes of the incident are being investigated by the local administration.
SP Shimla Sanjeev Gandhi said, “A sudden fire broke out in an apple orchard in Samot village in Jubbal tehsil of Shimla district. 200 apple plants were burnt in this incident. At the same time, a cow was burnt alive when the cowshed came under the grip of fire. An investigation is being done in the matter. At present, the cause of the fire has not been ascertained yet”.
