The couple married according to Sikh customs at a Gurudwara

Himachal Pradesh PWD Minister Vikramaditya Singh and Dr. Amreen Kaur of Chandigarh have tied the knot. They performed all the wedding rituals according to Sikh customs at a Gurudwara in Sector 11, Chandigarh. A wedding ceremony is being held in Shimla today.
Vikramaditya is hosting his wedding ceremony today at the Marina Hotel. CM Sukhu, Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri, all cabinet ministers, and special guests have been invited.
According to reports, approximately 150 special guests have been invited to the wedding ceremony. Several MLAs, bureaucrats, High Court judges, and former ministers will attend the ceremony. However, Chief Minister Sukhu will not attend Vikramaditya Singh’s wedding ceremony today.
In fact, Chief Minister Sukhu is currently in London with his wife and two daughters. He has released a video to congratulate Minister Vikramaditya Singh on his marriage. He may meet Vikramaditya Singh after returning from London.
It should be noted that Himachal Pradesh Public Works Department Minister Vikramaditya Singh and Dr. Amreen Kaur of Chandigarh tied the knot on September 22nd. The couple performed all the wedding rituals according to Sikh customs at a Gurudwara. A luncheon was then held at the hotel, and in the evening, Vikramaditya Singh departed for Shimla with his bride.
Vikramaditya Singh arrived in Shimla around 9 pm, where his new bride was welcomed at his royal residence, Holly Lodge, with traditional musical instruments and folk songs.
Dr. Amreen and Minister Vikramaditya Singh are said to be 8-9 years old. Vikramaditya Singh’s wife, Dr. Amreen Kaur, is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at Panjab University, Chandigarh. Her family has long been associated with education and judicial service.
Her father, Jotinder Singh Sekhon, is a senior advocate in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, while her mother, Sardarni Upinder Kaur, has been involved in social service and social activities. Dr. Amreen Kaur received her higher education from Harvard University and currently lives with her family in Sector 2, Chandigarh.
