Three-Day National Conference CPTMPS-2026 Witnesses Participation of Experts and Researchers from Across the Country
Baddi: A three-day national conference, CPTMPS-2026, on the theme “Current Perspectives on Technology in Materials and Pharmaceutical Sciences” concluded successfully at IEC University. The conference was held from September 9 to 11, 2026, and witnessed participation from experts, academicians, faculty members and research scholars from various parts of the country.
Vice Chancellor of IEC University, Prof. Ashok Kumar Puri, welcomed the keynote speakers and participants at the conference.
Experts from diverse fields, including Chemistry, Physics, Pharmacy, Mathematics and Engineering, presented their research findings and shared their views on emerging developments in their respective areas.
The keynote speakers included Dr. Neeraj Gupta from Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP), Dharamshala; Dr. S.V.N. Pammi from Srinidhi University, Hyderabad; Dr. Manjinder Singh from NIPER, Mohali; Dr. Rakesh Kumar from Punjabi University, Patiala; and Dr. Ankit Kumar Dubey from Chandigarh University, Mohali.
During the three-day conference, more than 250 participants presented their research work through oral presentations and poster presentations. Three outstanding presenters were selected for their research presentations and felicitated with cash prizes.
At the concluding session, DAA Dr. Jyoti Gupta expressed gratitude to the management of IEC University, keynote speakers and all participants for their valuable support and contribution to the conference.
She said that such academic interactions and exchange of ideas play an important role in promoting quality and ethical research. She added that these platforms encourage research scholars to share their work, engage in meaningful academic discussions and explore new ideas for future research.
