The Himachal Pradesh government has issued orders for the transfer, posting, and promotion of several officers of the H.P. Administrative Service (HPAS). These orders will come into effect immediately. In the first order, four HPAS officers have been transferred and appointed afresh. Prithi Paul Singh has been posted as Managing Director, Himachal Pradesh Backward Classes and Finance Development Corporation, Kangra. He will relieve Vinay Dhiman from this additional responsibility.
Aparajita Chandel has been appointed Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Chamba. Subhash Gautam has been made Officer on Special Duty, Sainik Welfare, Hamirpur. This will relieve Deepti Mandhotra from additional responsibility. Bachitar Singh has been posted as SDO (Civil), Gohar, Mandi. He will relieve Smritika from this responsibility.
Apart from this, the government has cancelled the transfer order of Pankaj Sharma as SDO (Civil), Kafota, cancelling the earlier issued order. He will now remain in his post as before.
In the second order, seven Block Development Officers have been promoted to HPAS on a regular basis. These officers will take charge in the Level-18 pay scale. Kalyani Gupta has been assigned Project Officer, ITDP, Keylong, and additionally charged as Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Keylong.
Jagdeep Singh has been posted as Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kangra Dharamshala. Abhishek Mittal has been appointed SDO (Civil), Bharmour, relieving Kulbir Singh Rana of the additional charge. Kirti Chandel has been posted as SDO (Civil), Dodra Kwar, relieving Dharmesh Kumar.
Jaywanti Devi has been made Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kullu. Chanderveer Singh has been appointed as SDO (Civil), Salooni. Om Prakash has been posted as SDO (Civil), Kafota.
In the third order, Himani has been transferred. Himani has been removed from the post of Assistant Commissioner (Development)-cum-BDO Bangana, Una, and sent as Assistant Commissioner (Development)-cum-BDO Chuhara, Shimla.
