Minister of Urban Planning, Housing, Technical Education, and Vocational and Industrial Training Rajesh Dharmani said that the state government is working to bring quality to education and provide modern education to the students. Rajesh Dharmani was addressing the ‘Sitare Himachal Ke Samman-2025’ program at Bahra University, located at Waknaghat, Solan, today.
1236 students from 141 schools in the Solan district participated in the program.
Rajesh Dharmani said that students should not only read books but also understand them so that they can be used practically. He said that the state government is bringing new schemes to bring quality to education and provide modern education to the children. The State Innovation Fund has been started by the state government with Rs 02 crore. Under this, the project prepared by the youth can be started as a start-up. The state government will also cooperate in this direction.
He said that student life is the most important time in the development of a person. At this time, students should focus on their self-development so that their future can be bright. He called on the students to make good use of their time, improve their communication skills, and work on their personality development.
Rajesh Dharmani said that hard work, smart work, and a desire to learn are necessary for success. He urged the students to be industrious so that an ideal society can be built. He also called upon the youth to play their active role in nation building.
He also urged the youth to stay away from drugs.
Sardar Gurvinder Singh, chairman of the Rayat Bahra Institute Group, welcomed the chief guest and provided detailed information about the activities of the university.
