Dr. V.K. Paul calls on Governor

Dr. V.K. Paul, Member, NITI Ayog, Health, called on Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla at Raj Bhavan, today. It was a courtesy call. The Governor also honored him by presenting him Himachali cap and shawl on the occasion.
