Anurag Singh Thakur and PAC Members Visit CSMT and Central Railway Headquarters; Seek Blessings at Lalbaugcha Raja

Member of Parliament and former Union Cabinet Minister Anurag Singh Thakur, along with members of the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC), visited the Central Railway Headquarters and the historic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), also known as Victoria Terminus, as part of their official study tour in Mumbai.
During the visit, the committee interacted with senior railway officials and reviewed ongoing infrastructure development, operational efficiency, and modernization initiatives across the Central Railway zone. At CSMT, the members also assessed passenger amenities, measures for managing high-density commuter traffic, and efforts to preserve the architectural and structural heritage of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Following the official inspections and administrative review, Anurag Singh Thakur and the PAC members visited the revered Lalbaugcha Raja pandal in Mumbai. The delegation offered prayers and sought blessings, embracing the city’s rich spiritual and cultural traditions.
