The result of the interview conducted to fill the vacant posts of Anganwadi Assistant in Anganwadi Centres and Creche Worker in Creche Centres operated under Child Development Project Shimla (Urban) under the Department of Women and Child Development has been declared.
Child Development Project Officer, Shimla (Urban) Indu Sharma, while giving information, said that on the basis of the interview conducted by the selection committee on July 28, 2026, Lata Devi, resident of Negi Niwas Upper Dhali, was selected for the post of Anganwadi Assistant in Anganwadi Centre Indranagar and Satya , resident of Shambhu Bhawan Lower, was selected for the post of Anganwadi Assistant in Anganwadi Centre Lower Samity. Samitri has been selected while Parvati Devi has been kept on the waiting list for the post of Anganwadi Sahayika in Anganwadi Centre Lower Samitri. Similarly, Agrima Chaudhary, resident of Chaudhary Niwas Kachi Ghati has been selected for the post of Crèche worker in Ghoda Chowki ( Crèche) and Khemlata, resident of Vatsyayan Niwas Samitri Gate Sanjauli has been selected for the post of Crèche worker in Upper Samitri ( Crèche) while Shila Kumari has been kept on the waiting list for the post of Crèche worker in Upper Samitri.

He said that the result of the selected candidates has been declared by the department and further action in this regard will be taken as per rules.
