Shimla, October 11.
There was a sensation when the body of a young man was found in a parked automobile in Shimla’s Shanan neighborhood. The deceased’s paperwork and cell phone were not in the vehicle.
The dead has been identified as Vinod Kanwar, a resident of Maledi in the Theog tehsil and the son of Lal Singh. The case is being investigated by the police. The family suspects murder and has expressed strong concerns about this death under strange circumstances.
On the evening of October 8, Vinod Kanwar was discovered unconscious in his vehicle (number HR03H-4003) close to Shanan, according to case-related material. Local police hurried Vinod to IGMC Shimla for treatment after learning of the incident, and medical professionals pronounced him dead.
In a police complaint, Vinod’s uncle Subhash claimed to have learned of this information from his brother Lal Singh. Upon his arrival at the hospital, medical professionals verified Vinod’s demise. According to Subhash, the police took statements and performed a post-mortem. He added that Vinod always carried a mobile phone with him, but no phone, wallet, or documents were recovered from the scene. Blood was streaming from the right side of his nose, but there were no visible signs of injuries.
According to the family, they believe Vinod’s phone was stolen by an unidentified individual who was in the car with him before he ran away. They claim that this person’s carelessness—not taking him to the hospital promptly or telling anyone—is what caused Vinod’s death.
According to a police officer on Saturday, action is being taken in connection with a case that has been filed at the Sanjauli police station under sections 106(1) and 238 of the Indian Penal Code.
