SJVN, a leading Navratna CPSE has paid Interim Dividend of Rs.121.33 crores for FY 2024-25 to Government of Himachal Pradesh. The interim dividend check was handed over to Sh. Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh by Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel), SJVN in Shimla today. On this occasion, Sh. Anirudh Singh, Minister of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj was also present.
On this occasion, Sh Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel) informed that for financial year 2024-25 an interim dividend of Rs. 451.93 crores have been declared by the company. He further said that Rs.248.55 crore has been paid to Government of India and Rs. 82.05 crores has been paid to public shareholders as interim dividend. Government of Himachal Pradesh is holding 26.85% shares of company while 55% shares are with Government of India & rest 18.15% are with public.
Presently, SJVN is implementing 95 power projects in Pan India and in neighboring country Nepal, in the energy verticals of hydro, solar, wind, pumped storage, and thermal power generation. The installed capacity of the company is 2,708.27 MW, and total project portfolio is 66107.4 MW. In line with its ambitious growth strategy, SJVN has set a target to become a 25,000 MW company by 2030 and 50,000 MW by 2040, marking significant strides toward national energy security and sustainability.

SJVN , a leading Navratna CPSE has paid interim dividend of Rs 121.33 crore for the financial year 2024-25 to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. The interim dividend cheque was handed over to Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu by Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma , Director (Personnel) , SJVN at Shimla today. On this occasion , Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Shri Anirudh Singh was also present.
On this occasion , Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma , Director (Personnel) informed that the company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 451.93 crore for the financial year 2024-25. He further said that Rs 248.55 crore has been paid to the Government of India and Rs 82.05 crore to the public shareholders as interim dividend. The Himachal Pradesh government holds 26.85% of the company. share Whereas the Government of India holds 55% shares and the remaining 18.15% shares are held by the public.
