LIC of India to conduct campus interview on 25th July at Mashobra
District Employment Officer, Shimla, Praveen Nagaraik, stated that a golden opportunity for employment is being provided to unemployed youth in the district. Through the District Employment Office, Shimla, LIC of India, Sanjauli Branch, Shimla, will conduct a campus interview on July 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Sharma Destination Aahar Villa, Mashobra-2 .
The District Employment Officer said that under this recruitment drive, a total of 100 posts of Women Career Agent (MCA) and Rural Career Agent (RCA) will be filled.
He informed that 50 positions are reserved for female career agents (MCAs). Candidates must have passed the 10th grade and be between 18 and 70 years of age for these positions. Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹7,000 per month in the first year, ₹6,000 per month in the second year, and ₹5,000 per month in the third year, along with a 28 percent premium incentive. Only female candidates will be eligible for these positions.
Similarly, for the 50 Rural Career Agent (RCA) positions, the minimum educational qualification is 10th grade pass. The age limit for these positions is 18 to 35 years. Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹5,000 per month in the first year and ₹4,000 per month in the second year, along with a 28 percent premium incentive. Both male and female candidates can apply for these positions.
