Abhilashi Group of Institutions celebrated 25 years of excellence in the field of education with a grand Silver Jubilee function on May 21. The historic event began with a vibrant procession of educational tableaux prepared by various institutions under the group, flagged off by Chairman Dr. R.K. Abhilashi, Managing Director Dr. L.K. Abhilashi, and Sant Nirankari Mandal’s Central Knowledge Preacher Hakam Chand.
The procession commenced from Abhilashi College of Pharmacy and culminated at Abhilashi College of Education, where it transformed into a grand ceremonial gathering attended by dignitaries, faculty members, alumni, and students.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. L.K. Abhilashi described the institution’s 25-year journey as a landmark achievement made possible through dedication and blessings. He credited the vision of his father, late T.R. Abhilashi, for laying the foundation of educational growth and regional development through quality learning.
Chairman Dr. R.K. Abhilashi stressed that education remains the strongest medium for societal progress and revealed that students from over 18 states are currently studying at the institution. He also announced the upcoming establishment of the ‘T.R. Abhilashi Foundation’ to support underprivileged sections of society and shared plans for a future multispeciality hospital aimed at providing advanced healthcare facilities to people from all sections of society.
The event also honoured distinguished alumni who have brought laurels to the institution at state and national levels. Several prominent personalities from the fields of education, administration and social service attended the celebration, including Vice Chancellor Prof. H.K. Chaudhary and other senior officials of the institution.
In a joint message, the management reaffirmed the institution’s commitment towards delivering value-based education and nurturing responsible citizens capable of contributing meaningfully to society and nation-building.
