Avtansh Garg has been appointed as State Secretary of Himachal Youth Congress for the state of Himachal Pradesh with the approval of Vineet Kamboj, IYC General Secretary and In-charge of Himachal Youth Congress, alongside Yogesh Handa, Co-incharge, and Shri Nigam Bhandari, President of Himachal Youth Congress.
His appointment letter has been issued by Hotam Thakur General Secretary (org.) HPYC Incharge Chamba-Kangra Parliamentary.
Avtansh is a highly educated and sensible worker of youth Congress from the year 2017. He has studied at The Lawrence School, Sanawar and participated in many school competitions in and out of India and represented his school as well. Further he has studied engineering from New Zealand, and JUIT and is a civil engineer.
Further he has his masters degree in management from Loughborough University in the U.K. He was an active member of the Indian Society and Career Society in the U.K. He has always been active with his father Ved Garg who is currently Chief Spokesperson Congress. He has met all Congress leaders in the state as well as several national leaders like Rahul Gandhi and Mrs. Sheela Dixit etc. His appointment will be boost for the Youth Congress in Himachal Pradesh.
