Shimla (Manohar): In view of the state government’s decision to overtake SJVN’s Sunni, Luhri, and Dhaulasidh projects, SJVN has told the High Court that talks are going on with the state government in this matter.
On this, the division bench of Chief Justice Gurmeet Singh Sandhawalia and Justice Satyen Vaidya issued orders to fix the hearing of the case on April 8. In this case, the High Court has ordered not to take any strict action against the Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam. There is a tussle going on between the central government undertaking and the state government regarding royalty.
