Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, under the leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice Chancellor, HPNLU, Shimla, is proud to announce that it has secured the 34th rank in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2025 under the ‘Law’ category, as released by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
This significant milestone has been achieved under the visionary leadership of Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice Chancellor of HPNLU. Her unwavering commitment to academic excellence, innovation in legal education, and institutional development has propelled the university to national recognition within a short span of time.
The NIRF Rankings, launched by the Ministry of Education in 2015, assess and rank higher educational institutions across the country based on a comprehensive set of parameters including Teaching, Learning & Resources, Research and Professional Practices, Graduation Outcomes, Outreach and Inclusivity, and Perception. The rankings are a key benchmark for academic quality and institutional performance in India.
