A shocking incident has surfaced from Rampur in Himachal Pradesh, where a man from Kinnaur who had gone missing from Khaneri Hospital has been found dead after several days.
According to reports, the deceased had reportedly visited the hospital earlier this month but mysteriously disappeared from the premises, triggering panic among family members. After failing to locate him, the family approached the police and filed a missing complaint.
