Sudhir Katoch, Senior Congress Leader, mourn the demise of Justice V K Gupta, a former Chief Justice of the High Court of Himachal Pradesh,who passed away after prolonged illness at Sir Ganga Ram ,Hospital New Delhi in month of February 2025.
He served as the chief justice of the high court Himachal Pradesh ,March 8th,2003,almost for 5 years.
People of Himachal Pradesh can’t forget his major contributions in expansion of infrastructure and the computerization, of the judiciary in the state .
Sudhir Katoch says his father late Shri Vikram Singh Katoch, Ex Minister of state,also met him at his official residence ,Shimla and once has discussed the opening of judicial complex building at Indora. He was well convinced and after that Indora got a new building of judicial complex.
Sudhir katoch said people of Indora ,always remember him for the same .He express his condolences bereaved family and offer prayers for eternal peace to the departed soul.
