​Hindustan Petroleum Launches New Composite LPG Cylinder ‘HP Navya’ in Shimla

​Shimla: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) successfully launched its next-generation, safe LPG composite cylinder, ‘HP Navya’, today at the Rotary Town Hall Terrace on Mall Road, Shimla.
​The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Rohit Sharma, Chief Regional Manager (Sales), Hindustan Petroleum; Mr. Suranjan Sharma, Manager (Sales), Himachal Pradesh; and Mr. Rahul Yadav, Assistant Manager & Regional Coordinator, Shimla Retail Region. LPG dealers of HP Gas from Solan, Kasauli, and neighbouring areas were also present at the occasion.
​Highlights of the Event:
​Traditional Welcome & Unveiling: Mr. Adarsh Sood, proprietor of Best Gas Service, warmly welcomed the Chief Guest, Mr. Rohit Sharma, with a traditional Himachali cap and shawl. Following the felicitation, Mr. Rohit Sharma and Mr. Adarsh Sood jointly unveiled the HP Navya composite cylinder.
​Distribution of New Connections: Subscription papers for the new HP Navya connections were handed over to around 10 to 12 customers during the event.
​Exclusive Availability: The new composite cylinders will be exclusively available in Shimla at HP Gas dealership ‘Best Gas Service’.
​Addressing the gathering, Chief Regional Manager Mr. Rohit Sharma highlighted the salient features of the new lightweight Navya composite cylinder. He emphasized its key advantages—including being lightweight, rust-free, translucent, and explosion-proof—noting that its ease of handling makes it particularly beneficial for residents living in hilly terrain.
