Shimla, May 26
High Court of Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday issued transfer and posting orders for several members of the Himachal Pradesh Judicial Service in the cadre of District Judges and Additional District Judges, effective from June 1, 2026.
According to the notification, District and Sessions Judge Hamirpur, Bhuvnesh Awasthi, has been transferred and posted as District and Sessions Judge, Shimla. Registrar (Admn., GAD & IT) of the High Court, Pankaj Sharma, has been shifted as District and Sessions Judge, Hamirpur.
Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sundernagar, Avinash Chander, on his placement as District and Sessions Judge, has been transferred and posted as one of the Registrars in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh at Shimla.
Meanwhile, Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Mandi, Hoshiar Singh Verma, has been transferred and posted as Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sundernagar.
