The last date to apply for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) for admission to Class VI for the 2027 academic session has been extended to August 10, 2026.
According to Krishna Yadav, Principal of PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Kunihar, online registration for the selection test is currently open. Eligible students studying in Class V can apply for the free selection test within the extended deadline.
A correction window will also be available from August 11 to August 12, 2026, during which registered candidates will be allowed to make corrections in selected fields, including examination medium, category, gender, region and disability status.
The Principal urged eligible students and their parents to complete the registration process before the deadline. Applications can be submitted through the official NVS.
