Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur was presented cheques of Rs. 1,16,59,268 by MLA Jhandutta Jeet Ram Katwal as contribution on behalf of the people of Jhandutta area of Bilaspur district including Rs. 1,00,00,000 by Temple Trust Baba Balak Nath ji, Shah Talai and his whole salary for the month of March, 2020 Rs. 2.10 lakh towards ‘HP SDMA COVID-19 State Disaster Response Fund’ here today.
Besides this, online contributions of Rs. 2.5 crore by Temple Trust Shri Naina Devi Ji and Rs. 25 lakh by Temple Trust Shri Luxminarayan Ji/Temple Trust Shri Maharishi Markanday had been made towards this Fund.
The major contributions were of Rs. 51000 by Pyiaru Ram Shankhyan, Rs. 51,000 by Ramesh Chand Dhiman and Rs. 50,000 by Col. R.L. Sharma of Jhandutta area.
New Pension Scheme Employees Association Himachal Pradesh President Pradeep Thakur, General Secretary Bharat Sharma and Cashier Shashi Pal Sharma have also contributed Rs. 23,53,396 towards this fund on behalf of employees of this Association.
