Keshav Jaswal stood first in B.Tech and Ridhima stood first in B.Pharmacy
Hamirpur. Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur, has announced the results of the entrance examination (HPCET-2026). This year, 9,044 candidates applied for the technical university’s entrance examination, of which 8,584 appeared. Keshav Jaswal secured first place in the B.Tech entrance examination, scoring 493 out of 600. A total of 4,973 candidates participated in the B.Tech entrance examination. Ridhima, among 2,680 candidates in the B.Pharmacy, secured first place with 552 out of 600. Mohammad Irfan secured first place in the MBA entrance examination, scoring 218 out of 300. A total of 263 candidates participated in the MBA entrance examination. Hrithik secured first place in the MCA with 250 out of 300. Pallavi Thakur secured first place in the MBA Tourism examination, scoring 208 out of 300. Dheeraj secured first place in MSc Physics with 23 out of 100 marks. Aditya, who secured first place in Environmental Science, secured 34.50 out of 100 marks. Rashi Sharma secured 71.75 out of 100 marks in BSc HMCT, and Saksham secured 52.75 out of 100 marks in BHMCT. Technical University Registrar and Controller of Examinations Anupam Kumar Thakur said that the entrance examination was conducted on May 9 and 10 at 16 examination centers across the state. He said that the result of the entrance examination is available on the Technical University’s website. Candidates who took the entrance examination can check their results there. He said that a notification regarding the online process to apply for the counseling process will be issued soon.
