Shimla, June 18
A three-day Heartfulness programme aimed at enhancing mental, physical and emotional well-being concluded successfully at the Medical Training Centre of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) on Thursday.
The programme focused on promoting a positive lifestyle through meditation, yoga and Heartfulness practices. Participants were introduced to techniques for stress management, improving mental focus and achieving inner balance.
The initiative was coordinated with the active involvement of Sub-Inspector (Physiotherapist) Pushpendra Kumar, Head Constables (Medics) Rampal and Jitendra Kumar, along with Heartfulness trainers Amarjeet and Babli Kanwar, who conducted various interactive sessions during the programme.
The entire staff of the Medical Training Centre participated enthusiastically and contributed to the success of the event. Through practical sessions and discussions, participants gained valuable insights into maintaining emotional resilience and overall wellness.
At the concluding session, participants highlighted the importance of such wellness initiatives and expressed a strong desire for similar programmes to be organised regularly in the future to support a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
